Our Sheldon High School FCA would like to invite you to take part in Operation Christmas Child.
This is a national ministry that impacts kids all over the world during the season of Christmas. For the third year, our Fellowship of Christian Athletes is sponsoring Operation Christmas Child.
Our FCA huddle has purchased boxes to be filled with Christmas gifts for Children all over the world. Last year we packaged 122 boxes! We would love to surpass the amount from last year.
If you and/or your family would like to take part in filling a box or boxes, please let us know, by contacting Mrs. Keepers at the high school (tammy.keepers@sheldonschools.com) and we will get you the number of boxes you are looking for.
National Collection week is November 13th, so all boxes must be back to our FCA huddle by then so we can get them to a national collection site.
It is suggested $10 donation per box to help with shipping costs.

The Sheldon High School Student Leadership Team is a group of students that work together to help organize and lead different events that happen at Sheldon
High School. Representatives from all grades meet monthly to plan different events, talk about things at the high school, and represent the student body for varies discussions.

The Sheldon High School FBLA and staff from Williams and Co. cleaned the some of the ditches along Hwy 18 as part of a community service project.
After they finished, they all met at Williams and Co., where the staff shared what they do at Williams and Co. and each student shared their career interests at this point in life.

This week the Sheldon High School Library Club celebrated Teen Read Week by performing a reader's theatre to the kindergarten library classes at East Elementary.
Students also spent time reading books to the kindergarteners after the performance.

Monster Creation Time
Sheldon High School's Family Consumer Science class is working on a felt monster project with the Kindergartners at East Elementary.
High School students read a story to the Kindergarteners about monsters and then had the kindergarteners set out to draw their own monsters.
Once the monster was drawn, the high school students took the drawing and are currently working on turning it into a felt monster for their sewing unit.

Meet the Club!
One of the many clubs offered at the Sheldon Highschool is FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes).
During intervention every other Thursday, students meet in Mrs. Keepers room with their peers and their club advisors: Mrs. Keepers, Mr. Kunert, and Mr. Oetken.
Students spend time getting to know each other, planning events, playing games and talking about their beliefs.
