The focus of Guidance classes leading up to Christmas was spreading kindness & doing things to show others we care. East students worked on Random Acts of Kindness to spread the spirit of giving to as many people as possible. Kindergarten & 3rd Grade students teamed up for this “RAK,” making Christmas cards to send to members of our military.

Other projects have included thank you cards for custodians, secretaries, nurses, and Mr. G, Christmas-themed locker posters for students, and handmade teacher & staff gifts. Little hands, big hearts, and the spirit of giving is shining bright at East Elementary!

Each team was challenged to completely use three rolls of toilet paper, along with mittens, a hat, and a carrot, within the allotted time.

The 7th-grade team—featuring Mrs. Keizer as the snowman—claimed the win! The winner was determined by the loudest cheering section.

Breakfast is served Monday through Friday!
Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, especially for students. If your student doesn't have time to each breakfast at home, they can eat breakfast at school. Breakfast is served Monday through Friday! Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, especially for students.
