This school year at East Elementary, students are learning about positive habits that can help them grow into confident, responsible leaders.
Each month, students are introduced to a new habit and encouraged to practice it throughout the month. At the end of each month, students who demonstrate the habit are selected to receive a There Is a Leader in You award!

We are proud to celebrate Jordyn Stellinga, one of six East Elementary students (who were honored last month) recognized for scoring in the Top 2% of all 3rd-grade students across the state of Iowa in math last school year! Way to go Orabs!

HOMECOMING BINGO FUN!
Our East Elementary first graders had an awesome time last week playing Homecoming BINGO with their third-grade friends! From cheering each other on to celebrating those BINGO wins, it was a fun way to build friendships and share some Orab spirit during Homecoming Week.
